Stuart founded G6 Partners in 2020. Previously, Stuart spent the first 20 years of his Wall Street career in fixed income at various Wall Street firms. In 2000, Stuart was named Managing Director and Head of Asset Backed Trading at Salomon Smith Barney. In 2006, Stuart joined the New York hedge fund, Marathon Asset Management, as a Portfolio Manager focused on structured products. In 2011, Stuart was named Partner and member of Marathon's Executive Committee, Global Credit Committee and Risk Committee. Among the highlights of Stuart's career was serving as Portfolio Manager for Marathon's multi-billion dollar Public Private Investment Partnership fund (“PPIP"), which was mandated by the United States Treasury to manage tax payer funds in response to the 2007/2008 global financial crisis.
